I signed up for free trial and they immediately billed my cars $19.99, now I have to report fraud against this merchant for deceptive business tactics

It’s a scam I started free trail but they charged me with £6.99 I’m refunding it it’s a total scam app without giving me free trail to test they charged me directly scam app

While the app is free to download, it requires payment in order to save or share any edited PDF’s. Misleading name. Do better.

🛑 Immediately Charged USD 6.99 🛑

The terms and conditions says,
"A free trial period lasts for 3 days"

However, they charged me 6.99 immediately after l subscribed for the free trial. Even after I cancelled the subscription and texted them I got no reply, no refund amd no explanation.

I have never used this app before so I shouldn't be charged for the free trial.

I hope the authority will explain it.

Otherwise, I would ask everyone to be aware of this scam!

The app is literally advertised as being free, immediately upon installing it I’m prompted to buy the $19 plan a month of the $100 dollar plan a year. Garbage scam.
