Poor customer service
Placed an order on a Friday evening by Monday evening it hasn’t shipped yet so I inquired to customer service about whether it would ship soon or whether I should just order from Amazon. The guy was obviously offended by me mentioning Amazon or something and he decided to immediately refund my order so now it is Monday night I have to replace the order it’s gonna take another couple days to process and by the time it finally ships it will have been a week since I placed my first order

Missing key features and clumsy
The company is a great company & products
BUT The app technically works, but it’s missing features of being able to zoom in change the size of the text or even see the links. The company is a great company and they have wonderful products but using the app is very difficult to navigate it’s not worth it go to their website.

I have been coming to the site for several months learning what optics are direct fit for pistols I own. You guys are by far the most helpful, open, and honest with your opinions and sharing of information. I could not think of any other place to buy from with all the info I’ve been getting from you guys just from what you post. Thanks and hopefully we will keep doing business. I need more sights!!
