App freezes
App crashed when trying to put in bank account Info to make a payments. Tried the last 2 months nothing.
iPad
All good just wouldn’t make the payment while I was on my iPad. After I clicked “review” it then didn’t have the “send money” option. I had to do it from my phone

It’s the dumbest financial app have I ever seen. Built to allow you to pay your bills and it can’t even do that well little along update data.

Sign up is a joke.
It might be alright once it’s actually setup, but from what I’m experiencing this is going to require a computer for the email while the phone gets setup. Checking it on my phone just closes the confirmation screen. I am out of patience for the evening. I’ll figure it out when I calm down.
Easy bill pay
It’s super easy once it’s set up. I do wish they would take payments from a debit card though.
Bad really bad
App never works, tried resetting my password and kept directing me back to the same page that I had already put my email to get a password reset link. I had always tried to use this app but never works, this company is just a joke
Password retrieval impossible
In a trend, I’ve been noticing with so many companies these days, it’s just simply impossible to reset your password. FreedomRoad let me request to reset my password one time. When I tried, it denied me probably because I chose the same password as before, but gave me no workable way to get another chance to reset it. It let me try to enter my email then it told me it has sent me another email, but it didn’t and no matter how many times no further emails were sent. This is a mark of an extremely poor design, both of the app and of their website. If I can’t even use the app at all, then one star really isn’t a low enough score.

App is handy for easy payment.
App works pretty well for easy, quick payments. Could be a little more intuitive but overall a really good app.

Easy and fast. What more can you ask for.
Unnecessarily hard to navigate
Once you have it setup it’s ok, but if you need to change anything you have to spend time searching and trying to figure out where options are hidden. Probably the only app that’s ever had me frustrated.
Bank issues
When you transfer in your bank info it pulls in only description of the accounts and not the last 4 of the account numbers so you can’t really tell which account you are trying to use to pay your bill

This app makes managing my account easy, I will never miss a payment on my motorcycle loan with this app!
It’s the set up..
The interface of this app is set up awkward. Also i’ve never been late to anything in my life but ive been late to a couple payments because i used autopay but it never works on here. and then i have to chase down customer service
