Can’t get it to work
Opening the app asks to create an account. This just doesn’t work and continually gives errors. Even pressing the “why create an account “ button causes it to crash. I had to delete the previous version of the app because after an update it wouldn’t connect to the controller. I had to delete my previous account because my email address changed and there is no way to change it other than deleting the account. So no joy on any front. Maybe the DJI drones work better.

Compelled to use tha apple id because registration does not work. Cannot create a pilot name, which apparently is required. Whatever i enter “Error” without any explanation.

When you open the app, you can't control it directly on your phone. The screen isn't responsive, and it doesn't even react at all. You have to use the remote. It's difficult to set up.

L’app funzionava bene, ma da quando gli sviluppatori l’hanno abbandonata, non è più compatibile con le nuove versioni di iOS. Un vero peccato. In futuro eviterò di acquistare droni che dipendono da app proprietarie.

Stops at pilot name
In the setup when you reach the “Pilot Name” screen it has an error message. I cannot get past this screen. No matter how you set it up, login, or what name you enter, it will give the same error message. The drone is inoperable without being able to enter a pilot name. I’ve done some research online and this is a widespread problem that Parrot has yet to fix.

No funciona app
El drone se apagó solo hace tiempo y cayó. Se rompió un tren de aterrizaje y un motor.
Ahora vuelvo a volarlo tras arreglarlo y no funciona la app. Todo mal, recomiendo comprar marca DJI aunque sea un poco más caro, merece la pena la calidad de diferencia sin duda.

Il serait peut être temps de faire une mise à jour du logiciel pour pouvoir utiliser de nouveau mon parrot anafi car il est inutilisable en attendant.. beaucoup de gens le remontent donc ce serait bien d’y remédier, merci
Error with no explanation
Getting “Error” under pilot name after registering and no explanation what the error is or what I need to do to rectify. I’m using the latest iPad and took me 3 tries to register, kept getting “error”.
Problème de connexion
Impossible d’accéder à l’application, lors de la connexion avec mon compte, l’application mouline dans le vide et rien ne se passe, que je sois en 5G ou en wifi (fibre) n’y change rien.

Very frustrating not being able to enter my pilot name… it just keeps saying “error” after every single attempt I mean there’s no way possible that all of what I could muster throwing my best “names” and not one of them was accepted… needless to say this was very dissapointing as well as frustrating… hope it’s fixed soon if not well I tried I guess… good luck everyone else. Seems like an awesome app just wish I could enjoy it and use the cameras I’ve got on a drone that I’ve had for a year

No login possible
I can fly my Parrot Anafi Drone but I can’t login into the parrot account. I tried everything like creating a new account. Sadly I can’t use features with are connected to the account.
Will not log me in to my Parrot account!
I am unable to restore my purchases because the app refuses to log me in. It just hangs on the login screen… Otherwise a good application. Very frustrating.

로그인 안됨 구글. 로그인하면 잘 가다가 데이터 병합 여부 후 로그인 안된 상태로 원위치됨. 애플아이디.로그인 되는 듯하다 나이 선택 후 파이럿이름 넣는곳에서 에러 반복 사용 불가한 앱인데….로그인 안되도 비행제어는 되지만 비행기록도 안되고(안드로이드버전은 됨) 인앱 비행경로 구매도 결재만 되고 동작 안되 돈만 날림. 환불?
