Horrible new update
No longer able to transfer money. It was so simple before this update, the layout of accounts is unnecessarily chaotic. Please go back to when it was simple and straightforward. It’s a mess!
Horrible app
This app is absolutely horrible, every other week it will not even let you log in and say that it doesn’t recognize your password or user id. Even if you go the website and use online banking it is no different. Just trying to check your account balance is a nightmare..
Face ID
This app cannot do Face ID. You set it up once and use it once and turns off. This app has a lot of quirks that make it frustrating to use.
Needs some work
I like app I am tired at least twice a week. The app ask me confirm my info after I log in. Then if I click it’s accurate or x out of the screen. Whatever option I click it makes me log in again super annoying! Stop asking me every week if my address and cell phone accurate. And if I click yes let me continue what I was doing instead making me re log in

I can’t even update my current phone number online. It’s been a month of emails not returned for assistance on updating my phone number!! I moved to the west where there’s a 3 hour time difference, and I can’t even troubleshoot updating my phone number. This app is lame. The branch is giving me the run around and showing their true professional service by not replying to any email I sent in the past month. What’s up ??? Can the app get an update with a better option on getting. Access to your account when you need to simply update your contact info?? Would be nice.

Terrible app
This app is a redo of the original and they left out some features from the original. If two people use the app, example husband and wife, only one setup for the two step verification. Another words the second person using the app is screwed because can not get the two step verification on their phone so they can’t login. This app is cumbersome when you want to deal with transfers, in fact it is horrible because you cannot edit your transfers. It also limits yours options to view your accounts the order you like to see them in the app version or on line version. If you are an online banker find another institution that has a more robust app that is user friendly. It has been a year were the told me they would solve some of the problems but they haven’t lifted a finger. I considering leaving the credit union even though my mortgage and loans are through them because I do 90% of my banking online. Also the credit score is a joke. When apply for a line of credit at FreeStar their credit report is anywhere from 50 to a 100 points lower. They tell you they publish your credit score that is a joke because it is not accurate.

After the last update the app (application) no longer opens or load up. Even uninstalled twice and reinstalled twice still the same result.
GREAT APP!
This app has everything you need at your fingertips, and you can even see your daily credit score! Love this app.
Works without issues
Out of all of my banks that I use this is the most simple. Doesn’t have a ton of features or bells and whistles but it’s solid and works when I need it to!

Have been trying to enroll in the app for weeks now and always have an issue so I’m unable to enroll. Worst app ever!!!

This app is so much user friendly than the previous app!
Much improved from start up
Yes at launch this app didn’t work at all. I went to Freestar and worked with the teller and got it going and it’s fantastic so far. It’s a lot like the Genisys app.
Great Update
It’s great not having to go through a third party. Easy and user-friendly! Best online banking app thus far. I also love how I can view my credit score and get helpful tips on how to improve!

Tried calling and emailing with no help can’t even log in can’t see my accounts let alone pay my bills. Starting to get super ticked off. This ain’t it, please fix the issues for all of us FSF.
