Sensor Error
Come back when you’re not not low.
Not good.
The Dexom last shorter by 4 days but the value between the two sensors is incomparable. This app does not give you adequate warning whatsoever, your sugar drops and it’s a “sensor issue” your sugar rises and it’s the same thing. No widgets to quickly view your sugar so you have to open the app to see anything. Only warning for high and low, no rising fast or dropping.
If you can, switch to a Dexcom. I promise you you’ll have a better experience with it. Abbott is worth $182 billion dollars and they can’t make a product that is more than just basic.
The only reason I’m using a Libre is because I ran out of Dexcoms and was in a pinch, but I’d rather poke my finger than deal with this stuff.

Still terrible
See above- can I give it a zero?
Useless customer support
The app stopped sharing with my medical practitioner- customer support had no clue why and after many suggestions that didn’t work told me to delete the app, thus losing all the data, create A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT and reinstall the app. I cannot roll my eyes hard enough. Thanks I will just continue to send screen shots of the reports to the doctor 🙄🙄🙄. Abbott labs has responded, suggesting I contact their customer support! I guess they missed the part where I said I had contacted them three times and they were no help at all.

Worst product of all time
Never used/dealt with a worst product in my whole life.
You are not their customer
Still a terrible app with no improvements for many years. Us diabetics deserve better leaders in the industry. Shame! Shame! Shame! In it all for the money, damn Abbott.
Really Annoying
The main issue I have is my phone can be less than 3 feet away from the sensor and it drops the signal. Keeps waking us up.
Erratic connection to iPhone 16 Pro Max
The freestyle Libre 2 sensors are inconsistent in their connectivity with the Bluetooth on an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Sometimes they work flawlessly sometimes they work occasionally and sometimes they just keep dropping every two minutes or so. If Abbot Laboratory can ever get the app to work properly, it will be an excellent tool, but until then it is a very mediocre one. The company is prompt in replacing sensors that don’t work.

Worst application for your life
You just cant relate on this app you sugar level is depend on username and password or it can be blocked as a result of fight for your privacy but first of all all health related apps should work offline ALL THE TIME
Doesn’t work Loses connection 95% if the time
It does not work, connection is constantly lost, I mean : CONSTANTLY. No, there is no issue with my iPhone and Bluetooth, they are new and work fine with everything.
This product should not be sold. I had to pay several hundreds for the device and it’s installation, and had to take a day off work for this consultation, so I am filing a legal complaint in my province for reimbursement and damages.
It’s no legal to have a US based and English-only customer service when you sell products in other countries, so don’t bother telling me to call a 1-800 number for a help desk in the US or God knows where in Asia.

Bluetooth issues
The Bluetooth in my phone works perfectly fine however the app barely even scans when I hold it to the sensor
Love it use it every day… But one suggestion.
I love the app. I don’t have to carry around a scanner anymore.
And without it id probably have a hard time.
BUT: It would be super useful to have a widget for the IPhone lock screen.
That way if i feel gross and shaky i don’t have to unlock my phone every time.

Possible issues with iOS 26.5
Today, immediately after installing the latest iOS 26.5 update on my iPhone, I started to receive quality control alerts indicating that my sensor had failed quality control and I needed to replace the sensor early after only a week. No alerts prior to updating the iOS. Coincidence? I am hesitant to replace the sensor before knowing if there is an issue with the recent Apple OS update.

Awful app
I can no longer trust and rely on Abbott. The scanner rarely ever works anymore and enough of my time has been wasted troubleshooting this nonsense over the last 8 years. They clearly don’t care about their customer feedback or releasing timely software updates, considering how long these same issues have been ongoing. It’s completely unacceptable. I’m switching to Dexcom for reliability & peace of mind.

Missing Features
I’ve used this app on both Android and iPhone, and I find the iPhone version doesn’t stay connected as well. That may be a problem with running apps in the background. I’m not sure.
The real problem I have with this app is the lack of widget and watch functionality. In order for me to get my blood sugar level on my watch, I needed to get Libre Linkup as well as a 3rd party app to actually display the results on my watch.
With Bluetooth capabilities on my watch, I should be able to connect my sensor directly to it. Baring that, a watch interface would be very useful. Or even just being able to display my BS on my lock screen would be nice.
Whenever the reading on my watch looks off, I need open the libra app to verify it’s connected and then see if it has the same reading that my watch is showing.

Loses connection all the time
I’ve been frustrated with this app for a long time. My sensor loses connection to the app at least 3+ times a day. It’s so frustrating. Wish it was more stable and didn’t lose connection so frequently. I got to the point of stopping using the system for a few months.
Signal problems
So I just replied my sensor and it keeps loosing the connection to my phone, so it’s not constantly monitoring my readings. Other than that i have no problem with it.
To developers please update the freestyle Libre two app for more consistent monitoring

Not worth the money
Too many defective sensors dying with days still left. Terms of service updates causing sensor to end with several days remaining. You’re not getting the time you pay for, so I would not recommend Freestyle to anyone. This review is based on multiple devices that I stocked up on. Thankfully I just finished the last one, dead 3 days in advance. Will never buy products from this company again.

Signal Loss Alarms keep alarming
App should have Apple Health integration without use of 3rd party apps AFTER 4yrs.
App also sets multiple connection alarms even if disable this alarm… user forced to clear multiple alarms one at a time… should be 1 event only, 0 if signal loss alarms TURNED OFF
Annoying
