Same bug, more 2yrs later
How is it after 2yrs of flagging the following first bug, it is still present in the app, despite 3x updates?!
At times, when I hit “add note”, nothing happens. This bug drives me to despair. Forcing the app closed resolve, but nonetheless it’s highly annoying. My question, what have their app technical team being doing all this time??!! Does Abbotts customer service actually pass in this feedback?! It doesn’t appear so.
To further add, the slightly revised appearance appears to worse than before, as its edge of the field appears to overlap other text. This is only a minor gripe, whereas the above issue NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED.

Unhappy
I’ve been on the freestyle Libre for about 5 years moved to the 3 plus last year. All of a sudden the app isn’t working. I started a new sensor for notification that it was ready went to use it and it said scan sensor. I was so confused. I tapped the sensor again and did the same after about 20 times of doing this, I went to check if it needed an update. It did (also strange as I have auto updates on so this should have happened automatically) update still didn’t work. Restarted my phone twice nothing. I’ve now lost a brand new sensor that o hadn’t even used yet because it bugged out. It’s the weekend and I now have to wait for a replacement to be sent out as the doctors won’t give me another one Monday as I’ve had my 2 for the month. I’m really annoyed. I’m used to sensors falling off but this is crazy. I’m now trying to get back into the app and the app is just crashing. I try to open it, it half opens and then just closes. So I may not even be able to use a new sensor when one arrives.

Works fine for me
I needed to identify prevention issues with my blood sugar related to fatigue. So far so good .
Readings not appearing on App
Following connection to the app through Bluetooth, it appears to only be loading readings during the night. It stops at about 06:00 and starts again at midnight.
Not much use when we need to monitor it during the day.
Spoke with the vet who also has access and they cannot understand why this is happening.
Any help please??

Does the basic thing, not more
It’s useful in that it continuously tracks your blood sugar and lets you view trends etc. but beyond that it’s a let down in terms of notifications and Apple Watch complication compatibility that would make seamlessly integrate into my life

I’m a Brit and I’m using a US sensor abroad. So it’s not possible for me to use because of the Region Lock. Let the USER decide what Region App we can download! we are not Idiots

Fix the alerts!
The Libre 3+ sensor is incredible. On the other hand, there needs to be an option in the app to delay the intervals of alerts. Every 5 minutes is way too frequent, and there should be an option to change this to 10 minutes, 15 minutes etc.
If blood glucose levels are low, even with fast acting glucose tablets taken immediately, it takes more than 5 minutes for levels to increase, and your phone goes nuts with alerts until your levels rise to a normal level.
If blood glucose levels are high, it takes more than 5 minutes for the insulin to do its magic, and, again, your phone is non stop barraging you with alerts until your glucose levels come back down.
I’d love to see an option to give me the power to choose the frequency of alerts.

Superb App
I’m suprised to see so many negative reviews. I find the app a haw changed especially when used with the LibreLinkUp app and web based reporting. Yes there’s a few things it doesn’t do but overall a great app.

I have revised my update to reflect on help from customer service which has always been great with Abbot.
Sent free sensors and didn’t ask for the three which are apparently unaffected by a major bug that showed fake hypo data. So I’ve edited the review as customer service has been very helpful in the past.
I’d Please state that vs the features and tight interface of the become 7+, there’s a lot to be desired. Like the Apple Watch integration it has and not on this plus integration with Apple health and data logging to I can literally ask my phone near bed what my sugar levels are at

You should be ashamed of yourselves selling this around the world without it being compatible for regions outside of the UK. Do you have any idea what people have to go through? Clear and helpful.
I really like using Libre 3. I find it very accurate and the app clear and helpful. Only wish I could see my BG results on my Apple Watch.
Needs improvement
Please add a scalable graph. I want to see the plot better between 3 and 8, but it’s a standard size that cannot be adjusted! Almost a complete waste of a page having a fixed graph as it is currently displayed. This would dramatically improve the data. I’ve searched the internet and there a hundreds of similar comments. Please listen to your customers……

Very unreliable
I started using the Libre 3 plus sensor 2 weeks ago and am seriously considering going back to Dexcom. The app is awful and the sensors are worse than the Libre 2. I am currently on my 5th sensor and have already had to delete and reinstall the app twice. Absolute joke.

Alarms and notifications need work
The app works well, is stable but the alarms are problematic. Only two alarms are possible and once an alarm is silenced….thats it! As diabetics you need to be able to decide on a period to turn the alarm off for before it re-alarms, this is especially essential at night. The alarms need to be more flexible and adjustable, suggest the developer has a look at xdrip4ios which also has great alarm adjustability. Notifications would be useful too, which allows all watches to get blood sugar notifications easily. Being able to set these up so they are given at regular intervals is hugely useful. These notifications could also be spoken, very useful for those not able to look at their phones frequently or who do not have a smartwatch.

improvement needed
i have had The Libra sensors since it has come out I currently am using the Libre 3 sensor which is a big improvement on the labra to system, though I am waiting for the new update to come through to be able to read smart insulin pen dosages libra currently is better than the decks.,com as the Libre system is more accurate gives you minute by minute readings and is smaller than decks com however I do agree, libra are missing out on some features such as readings being seen on an Apple Watch and would be good if The warm up time was improved from one hour to 30 minutes. Also it would be good. you could glance at your lock screen and have the reading there instead of unlocking your phone in order to Open the app up and see what is going on Abbott is rather slow at keeping software up to date. Still having issues with the app. Could you improve on keeping the app up to date as the current software is not compatible on the iPhone 16 pro max. That’s in regards to the Libre 3

Put on a new sensor and would just not scan so I put 2 more on after each other and still wouldn’t scan major design flaws and needs work
Not fit for purpose
Does not connect for hours at a time. Currently been 22 hours. Tried all troubleshooting options.
Connection problems
Constantly having connection issues compared to the Libre freestyle two I have to revert back to fingerpricking most of the time when this has connection issues could be a lot better
