Bare minimum data

The app is barely useful. Why can’t we zoom into the daily graph to track what our reading was 2 hours ago? It’s hardly worth checking. I don’t even think the readings are accurate either because it says I’m way lower than I actually am. I’m glad this was $15 because it’s pretty bad.

You should be able to correct a misreading

I started using this last year and I’ve had at least a dozen libres that show glitchy numbers consistently I.e., 4 points below the true reading. There should be a feature where you can correct a misreading so it can get back on track, rather than misleading you into thinking you’re in range when you might’ve spent several hours above range. Other than that, grateful for the technology.

App needs updating.

This is a great device I don’t need to test my self everyday anymore. But it’s very frustrating that the sensor same as last review and issue still not fixed a year later. After 1 hour it drops out of signal for the price we pay for these things that should already be fixed.

Needs a “snooze” button on the alarms

Works quite well to help monitor my blood glucose BUT it really needs a snooze button on the alarms. Having a 15, 30 & 60 minute alarm snooze would alert me to check again after I have just injected insulin.

Most USED button is the smallest

Can you please increase the size of the SCAN button? It would surely be the most common feature in this app, & needs to be a little more prominent on screen. There have been so many times I’ve pressed it, held the phone straight to my arm waiting for the scan, before finally realising it wasn’t pressed right on to begin with. Frustrating.

Also, it would be great to have the ability to SCROLL back from the home screen graph, allowing us to see earlier time frames of that day. The ‘daily graph’ doesn’t always suit for this, especially if wanting to quickly look at previous days.

Thanks. :-)

Would love an option to change the scale of the chart on App

Would love an option to change the scale of the chart, and zoom in to the range that is most relevant to me, having the scale to the current setting makes my reading look flatter than they are due to the blank space. Also I’ve found that blood readings varied a lot on day 1 vs day 2 vs day 3 before stabilising, which caused a lot of confusion for me. Day 1 had frequent low warnings when I was actually ok. I think it was a calibration challenge.

Libre sensor

The signal keep dropping out.

Poor quality

The sensor disconnects something like 8 to 10 times a day completely unreliable. You feel like you are endlessly sinking the app with the Centre.

No, I don’t want you to contact me. No I don’t want your standard reply. I’d just like you to fix the thing.

This app needs work

Low glucose alarm fails to notify you. Constantly disconnects, and is paired with my partners phone.
They get alerts, I don’t. They have to call me to warn me!

Let me add notes with custom times

It drives me up the wall that I cannot add a note for something that has happened in the past! I have a baby! Diabetes! ADHD! I don’t remember to add everything the second I do it and I need to be able to add notes that say when I accurately took my insulin/ate my food etc. not just when I remember in bed at 11pm after I’ve been running around all day. Please add a feature to set a time for notes. Also I wish there was some way to overlap the sensors when the old one runs out and you’re waiting for the new one to be ready. That’s a risky hour, I tell you what.

Unreliable app

I thought that the constant loss of signal was an issue with faulty sensors, but it appears that it is a systemic fault with the app.
Not funny having to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the app just to make it works correctly.
Not good enough, not reliable enough to go without finger prick testing.

Live BGL Widget

Idk why you guys haven't just added the option to use widgets for this, the fact you need to daisy chain it through other apps to display bgl on your home screen is silly.

I also have an issue with signal loss consistently, I came from a pixel & it was far more consistent.

The x and y axis are inconsistent

I hate the way the "Home" - 8 hour view is both contracted on the x axis and expanded on the y axis in the 24 hour "Daily Graph". Fair enough contracting the x axis but why expand the y axis as well? It defines logic. It looks too radical. The graphs don't relate in an intuitive way. If there is a good reason why isn't it covered in the notes?

App stops scanning

Worked fine for the past few years now the app stops scanning and have to manually scan.
Deleted and reinstalled the app and now appears to be working again however have lost all previous data.
Please sort out this issue as it appears to be the same as recorded earlier.

Upgrade

App need to upgrade to be more user friendly and give us more options things what we can do. At the moment it's boring

Keeps disconnecting

This has to be one of the worse apps I’ve ever installed. Can’t leave the phone otherwise it keeps disconnecting !

Signal loss

For a couple of sensors I’ve had the sensor not updating until I put my iPhone up to the CGM itself. Of If I just open the app there no update. After I have updated it and closed my phone and then reopen after a short while I have to put the phone up against the sensor to update the readings. This has happen for 2 out of the last 4 sensors I’ve used
I’ve done a LOT of troubleshooting but once it starts to happen I have to put up with it until I change the sensor. The huge drawback is no alarms are available once this issue starts occurring and it’s not continually communicating with the sensor.

Some accessability issues

As a blind user this is a game changer. No need for assistance by sighted person. 1 small thing is the trend arrow doesn’t read direction with voice over on IOS. Also reading graphs isn’t possible so a text base alternative would be good. Not sure yet how to do reports but I’ll figure that out. Any accessability considerations would be really appreciated by the blind community. Thanks.

Help?

This is ground breaking work for diabetics.
I’ve been using this for 3 years but the last 2 months I’ve been having to scan every time I open the app instead of it already being automatically scanned. And after 2 minutes of manually scanning it myself, it notify’s me that the signal is lost.

Connection fail after every rescan

LibreLink app has worked fairly well for 12 months but has suddenly experienced a serious fault in that the iPhone app loses connection with the Libre2plus sensor a few minutes after every successful rescan and no longer tracks the sensor data, which is extremely inconvenient, back to the manual finger prick dark ages. Have emailed the support email but no response since a ticket number. Cannot recommend this brand any longer if is not fixed asap.
