The card says so while quotes are coming in, shows how many quotes came from carriers you had never worked with, and marks a winner who came in that way as New. A shipment waiting to open by itself says when. The list can be narrowed to just the open ones — and the filter only appears once there is something to show. SHARE WITH YOUR FINANCE TEAM One tap on an awarded shipment writes the note your finance team needs — what was confirmed, what was awarded, what has been paid, what to pay now — with the same figures as the ledger. Check it, edit it, send it on WhatsApp, share it, or copy it. YOUR ACCOUNT You can delete your account from the app. A shipment waiting at the gate can be taken back to the schedule sheet. FIXES Quotes are compared on the number the carrier typed — no tax assumed. A consignee sending their own truck never shows as an open payment. The delete-account sheet fits a phone screen and its buttons reach the bottom.
