Drop scale cannot pair with ANYTHING EXCEPT APPLE. This is an amazing app that has helped me cook and learn new recipes, and I love it. It would just be so much more convenient for people who own devices other an apple device such as Samsung to also have an option to be able to connect with the app and drop scale because it literally does not work with a device that isn’t apple. Thank you fresco for letting me lean such great opportunities to cook!

I got this app when it was in beta after I got my Drop Scale. I am an amateur baker and love the app! I use it all the time and find that the recipes are easy to follow. The only thing I can complain about is that I can’t input my own recipes into the app. I love that I can search for recipes based on an ingredient. Most things I make are a hit with friends and family.

Zero customer support
All of our Drop scales (we have 6 that we use for cooking classes) are no longer connecting to the Fresco app. For weeks we have reached out multiple times on both the frescocooks.com website and their Instagram through DM and comments on their posts. We have not gotten a response. Are we stuck with a bunch of worthless Drop scales now?

Best beef stew I’ve ever eaten! Instead of thyme, or bay leaves, I used Italian seasoning. The tomato paste is an absolute must. Enjoy!
