Late long and cold
Would suggest not ordering via app, waited 2 hours for delivery came cold chips and bread inedible requested refund partial. And got rejected but offered me 10% off even though we thrown an away food we had as if we would then order again.
Easy to use but no ETA
Simple to use app but when you order there is no estimated time given for when your food will arrive. It has a 30 minute clock countdown but that hits zero and nothing. You have Ordered-cooking-delivered. Not even a heads up that it’s on its way.
