App sucks
Can't find local items like shiver sticks, searched for kids tooth brush and White Castle chicken rings came up, check out - not easy either.

Not all things I’ve seen in the store are in the app. Also it doesn’t help search for what I want. Like if I say cheese it, it was pulling up cheese instead of the cracker. Then if I put cracker, I have to scroll through all the crackers. Frustrating
New store opened but location Not found in the app
The new opened store located in Longview, TX 75605 is not included in your app?… why?
Not Intuitive App
FRESH app is easy to use but I wish it was more intuitive. Sometimes it’s difficult to find an item through their search engine even though I know they carry such item. Once you locate the item put it in your list to save time with future orders.
Favorite place to shop
I have put my produce and meat order list in my Walmart app and in my Fresh app. There has only been less than a $10 difference. Some say that Fresh is more expensive. Not much for my list that doesn’t include many processed things. The quality and service are so much better than other stores. It’s my favorite place to grocery shop!

Confusing payment
I wasn’t sure if it paid. Apple Pay showed paid but your app did not !!

can be improved
the app goes back to the brookshire’s website every time it requires a log in or change in settings. this can get super frustrating because process does not flow logically. i wish it were more self-contained than having to go back and forth.
First time curbside user
I just want to say that Micheal was super attentive to me. He asked me if I needed anything else to order. I did needed eggs. He got my eggs for me. This was a great experience for me. I would be using the curbside every time. Thank you for your great customer service.

Does not access information stored on the device for ease of entry
Password cannot be saved
Had to enter a billing address to enter a cc, then had to enter billing address with my cc
Each click results in an onscreen load rather than running updates in the background allowing the user to continue moving through the page.
Cc info highlights red as if there’s an issue with it after entering it. Confirming purchase works despite this red highlighted box.

Not user friendly
Search for potatoes and it brings everything but fresh potatoes up. Eventually find what I want, can’t add item to cart. Just keeps giving a warning. Miss my H‑E‑B.
Search tool not awesome
Searching for items does not always bring up all options. For example, I typed in “grapefruit” looking for and actual grapefruit, and the only thing it showed was grapefruit juice options. Needs a bit of tweaking, but otherwise great!

Hard to find items
It is extremely tedious to shop with this app. It does not show common items that I know are available in store.

Downloaded the app to IPhone .... tried to reset password ..... received password reset email .... clicked reset password icon embedded in email .... website asked for my email address and PASSWORD (😜). Clicked on “forgot password” .... received change password password ... clicked reset password icon embedded in email .... website asked for email address and PASSWORD (😜🤨😷) .... need I go on?? Deleted and moved on.

You can only choose one store! At this time when store pick up is so important why would Brookshires not have a working app? Shame on you Brookshires.
Unusable
App only shows one store (Tyler, TX) FOR ALL OF TEXAS! Can’t believe Brookshire’s released the app like this. Someone should be fired. Wish I could give zero stars.

Downloaded the app for curbside groceries at our local Brookshires, but quickly identified the app only works at one store (Tyler Tx).
