Can’t sign up thru app
First time shopper, great store, love the selection, however I can’t sign up for the app bc every time I try to enter a PIN it wants to auto-enter a “strong password.” But once I go to confirm the PIN it wants to “enter a strong password” again and erases my original PIN. Extremely frustrating!
Can’t Create Account
When I try to create an account in the app it asks for a PIN and to confirm the PIN. Once I enter a PIN, a pop up asks me if I want to create a strong password. When I close it, the PIN I created disappears. When I click for help with the app it takes me to a broken web link. Would love to use the app but not functioning for me at all.

Points not reflected
Almost I am not getting the reward points for the shopping I made. Asked customer service too, they said it will reflect in few hours. It is like a scam to make us to come fresh farm always with this app.
Meh
Only useful to keep track of how much you’ve spent at Fresh Farms to earn your next $5 off coupon. Product Coupons are almost always for products not even carried at Fresh Farms so I don’t even bother with them.
Crooks
These people Owners of fresh farms are crooks be careful of them they charge high prices I would go to woodmans
Useless
Don’t bother, not helpful at all. The few available features did not even work. For example, “Deals of the Week” = No Deals. “Departments” did not list any products or inventory, just a few random coupons. Their Seafood Department was not even included on the app, which was disappointing. Their seafood has always been very good and to know basic availability would have been very helpful. Perhaps they just gave up on it. (The only positive was the easy login process).

Rewards feature is not working. This worked only the first time and never since. Doesn't look like they even plan to fix it.

Maybe it will get better with upgrades
Very difficult to use. I have no idea how to bring up coupon codes. Product searches do not show prices -- REALLY? I was thrilled to see they have a phone app, but as it is now it's not very useful. I hope they fix it.

Weekly ad doesn't have many sale items on it. The app says there's a newer version, but when I try to update it, there's no update available. Coupons?!? What coupons. If you're going to have an app, keep it up to date!

Awesome app. I don’t understand why every grocery store doesn’t have one just like it. Easy to maneuver, found many items I buy every week for a discounted price and introduced me to new, great products for a discounted price!
