Great benefits, no face recognition for log in
Great app with lots of great benefits but log in can sometimes be a pain. I wish it had the ability to save log in info with google and/or had face recognition
App doesn’t work
For some reason the app just loads and doesn’t let me log in then to make matters worse the website takes forever to load and doesn’t even open still…
Worthless
In order to access “Recuro,” the teledoc visit portion of the app, you must proceed through several info steps. This app quits, fails or locks up at the pharmacy step, every single attempt. Utterly worthless. Glad I pay a bunch of hard earned money to my insurer for them to use/recommend a worthless non-working application.
