Cannot add more than one receipt
The mobile app does not allow you to add more than one receipt or a doctors note in order to get approval.
Not a Huge Fan but it gets the job done
A lot of the features of this app are just missing and/or glitchy. Small things to complain about but makes a difference when you add them up. For example: it logs you out every time you go to a different page or app and then not only do you have to log back in, but you have to go through two factor authentication (with no obvious way to allow current device). Then, it doesn’t allow the “insert code from text” option on most iOS apps AND the keypad reverts back to letters after keying in each individual number. Frustrating. Other bugs like you can’t scroll all the way down on some pages, or select multiple notifications to delete or mark as read at once, etc.

Cannot upload from mobile device
You can view everything but you cannot upload a file EOB from a mobile device. Not a functional app. Instead I had to go to the website to accomplish the same task.
Rampant Login Errors
I set up my account on the web & downloaded the app. I tried to login recently & it wanted my username and password, even though there is a Face ID icon & I use Face ID for all my apps. I assumed user error and chose the forgot password option. I chose a strong password and tried to login, unsuccessfully. I closed the app, waited a few minutes and tried again. The login button did not enable. Between the phone & web I locked my account. After getting it unlocked & creating a password that works on the web, I still cannot access the mobile app. The login button will not enable. The app is useless.

Log in stopped working
Was great but after day one can’t log in anymore so I’m stuck using my chrome login… needs some bug fixing
