The scanner now reads QR labels. FDX bag labels and freezer labels are printed QR-only, and the camera's allowlist accepted only Code 128 and Code 39 — so those labels never decoded at all. No beep, no error, nothing. Couriers could only get those containers through by typing the id by hand. Both camera surfaces are fixed together via a shared SCANNED_BARCODE_TYPES: the main scanner (QA Scan, In Transit, At Customer, Truck Audit Validate Load, MOT staging, Handoff) and Carton Check.
