Horrible app so glitchy and laggy
Why when I try to scroll it opens a product when I initially touch the screen to scroll down? Fix your app so it’s not a pain to use.

I haven’t got my Scene+ points. Wrote to the agent via chat from the fresco app. And they asked me about the sms code. It this valid at all? Scene says Do Not give any information or code to anyone even even to the customer support

Very Quick to Fix Bugs
Undoubtedly, there will always be unexpected ‘bugs’ in an app that will appear. How quickly and effectively it is fixed is what is most important. I noticed a small glitch on Thursday morning, and on Friday night, an update was scheduled to fix this issue.
Very impressed with the speed in removing this minor ‘bug’.

Horrible
Won’t let me login or link my scene card in order to load offers. Tried many times.
Slow and Laggy
App is really slow and laggy especially while navigating all the different challenges in the Grocery Giveaway. Not a good experience at all.
Challenges don’t show
I like the app but the new challenges won't show on the screen.
Slowest app ever
Battery drain, excruciatingly sluggish, available stock does not match what’s in store, overall terrible experience. Do not use. Website is not much better - constantly logs you out and login process is cumbersome
Constantly locks me out
This is a terrible app for thick I spend too much time trying to load or find out what the offers are. In addition the number of rewards you receive to have discounts is hardly worth it.

This App would have been useful, if a checkout is available, you would have thought that after covid everything would have no contact options. Please update this app so it can be more useful to online users

Locked out
I am locked out of my account after trying to log in (the app logged me out). I had changed my password because last time it said wrong password. So I entered the new password, and it said it was wrong. Attempted to change and wouldn’t let me, then locked me out.
I don’t understand why it constantly logs me out and then says my saved password is wrong. Super frustrating.

Downloaded for the first time after seeing the 4.4/5 review and it even couldn’t work…
Poor update
All the developers is doing is asking people to email Sobeys 😖
Don’t respond to user reviews and feedback asking them to now go write everything again and send an email to Sobeys. How disrespectful of you! Users/customers already took the time to explain why your app doesn’t work for them, use that feedback and don’t order them to spend more time to write an email to Sobeys 😡
Have you heard of user feedback? Because if you did, you wouldn’t have claimed that customer experience matters to you and then ignore user feedback. Go read the feedback submitted to you on how to improve the app. I don’t care about the bells and whistles you guys find fancy.
1- I need a simple shopping list that doesn’t look like it has ads and pictures.
2- The shopping list has flyer icons that don’t do anything. So what’s the point of adding noise to the shopping list. The icons should be usable and clickable & take me back to the flyer so I can see the deal on that item in the flyer.
3- I used to be able to click on the flyer and a circle would appear and add the item from there directly to my list. Now clicking the flyer takes me to another page with bigger useless image of the item. Another useless feature and by far the WORST UPDATE of your app. When every other app and website is striving to reduce clicks for the user, you go ahead and add more clicks 🤯 Go read the book “Don’t make me think” to see how backwards you’ve designed your app.
Function FOR THE USER is always more important than bells and whistles you want to add.
Hopefully you can use the learning from the book and the feedback your customers to improve the app for your customers.
