Why auto-select a far delivery location?
There's a Freshii beside my house yet the delivery selection was from a spot not even close to me. Waste my time, the driver's time, and the food arrives cold.

I ordered my food using app. I don’t have no tracking information on this
Good but Flawed
The app is pretty good but it has some annoying flaws. For example, the app forces you to pay an eco fee for a bag in BC and it somewhat sneakily defaults to adding a tip without an easy option not to tip. The bag should be optional and I shouldn’t have to manually type in $0 to change the tip.
Broken app
Cannot make an account, get stuck in a loop asking me to update when the app hasn’t had an update in almost half a year and I just downloaded the app

Very buggy app that does not apply discounts
This app on multiple occasions do not apply discount offers. The app is laggy and responds slowly, often causing order to go through without you intending it (dark pattern lurks in this app). The app also has no way of canceling order. You are forced to contact email support. By that point the store would have made the food and you are on the hook for the payment whether you pick up the food or not

Decent app but tip??
It’s a decent app but why does it keep putting a tip in even when I say no tip? Frustrating tip culture.
Great app
Great app, easy to use, and the orders are always on time. However one this to note is the coconut water is not available in app only in store.
Stop defaulting a tip
When placing an order, it’s not cool to default a tip. The default should be zero and and if I want to tip I will. Often I have forgotten about this and now I’m paying $5 more and I’m picking up my own order. This is NOT cool.

The app has a few issues, like quit unexpectedly when selecting my location, but is much better than it was a few months ago.
Cannot log in
I cannot log in. I try to reset password and it tells me to login with a Google account. I do not want to. I want to reset the password on my current account.
