Cannot Find my membership
Pointless app. So much easier to just have the card or tell them my membership number.

i type in the correct info and it tells me not valid... ive double checked with a staff and im putting in correct.... very disapointed and this is useless.

I’m quite surprised that this app hasn’t been developed further. The Chaffee zoo is a modern facility, and is a wonderful zoo.
This would be a good time for some added features to this app that would draw more people to use it and to go to the zoo and enjoy a wonderful day there.

Worked fine in the past
This app worked fine in the past, if I remember correctly the zoo staff helped me look up my info. But now, a year later after we’ve renewed, the app can’t find my info no matter what I try. What a shame. Please fix this as it helps households with two adults (my wife holds the physical card and I used the app in the past, when it worked). We can’t always both make it with the kids at the same time so the app was a nice alternative membership card for me.

Can’t log in
Will not allow me to log in, membership not found.
Can’t use
Can’t even use the app because when I enter my member ship info it always says invalid info. I even double checked at the front with someone that the info I was entering is what was on my membership. Useless.
Don’t work
I just got a membership and can’t log in. Says details not found? Come on guys the Fresno Zoo just got awesome please get this app to its potential.
Where’s the info?
I downloaded the caffe zoo site so I could get some info in times open/closed what programs are happening etc.
I couldn’t get past the first page. The page asked me is my membership number, name and email info. I don’t have a membership.
Please explain to me why I can’t get to the info I’m needing? Do I have to become a member of the zoo before I can get the info??

“Streamline entry”
I wanted more from the app—schedule of events, map of the zoo, daily deal at the cafe, feedback to zoo staff, report a problem—I dunno; just something more.
The app description states that it will “streamline entry.” It is a virtual membership card, that is supposed to make entry (and discounts) easier. Unfortunately, it seems whenever I go through the member’s entrance, I get the ONE person who asks why I’m using this and not the regular card. Every. Single. Time. I am also always asked for picture ID with this, followed by asking me to go to member services to get a replacement card, or my wife showing her card. No problem at Stingray Bay, or the Cafes. Just the entrance.
The app is as described. The ease of use for entry is not; but that is the fault of the Chaffee Zoo entry staff, and not the developers of this app.
