Cannot Find my membership
Pointless app. So much easier to just have the card or tell them my membership number.

i type in the correct info and it tells me not valid... ive double checked with a staff and im putting in correct.... very disapointed and this is useless.

I’m quite surprised that this app hasn’t been developed further. The Chaffee zoo is a modern facility, and is a wonderful zoo.
This would be a good time for some added features to this app that would draw more people to use it and to go to the zoo and enjoy a wonderful day there.

Worked fine in the past
This app worked fine in the past, if I remember correctly the zoo staff helped me look up my info. But now, a year later after we’ve renewed, the app can’t find my info no matter what I try. What a shame. Please fix this as it helps households with two adults (my wife holds the physical card and I used the app in the past, when it worked). We can’t always both make it with the kids at the same time so the app was a nice alternative membership card for me.
