Membership login doesn’t exists

I received an email with my information to sign in. Try it says it doesn’t exists! The email encourages
You to use it so you can be paperless but it never works! I picked up my cards from the zoo 04/20 so I know my membership is active!

App doesn’t work

Even though I can log in to my membership account just fine from my laptop, the app can’t seem to locate my info. There’s no error message or anything, just a spinning circle that gives up after a while with no explanation. 🤷🏻‍♀️
