Terrible
As a computer programmer I can say that this app is ridiculous and completely useless. Somehow they've conned multiple different companies into using it and their system can't distinguish which place you're trying to log into! You cannot upload documents to add vaccination records this is probably one of the worst apps I have seen.

Crash crash crash.
My pet boarding place uses this app to schedule services. I just signed up this morning to schedule some daycare for my pup. However, the app has crashed 3 times when trying to view the user agreement at the very beginning after logging in. Absolutely ridiculous.
Easy to use
I like to request boarding services thru the app. Its very easy. 1) It does glitch sometimes. Mostly when I modify a boarding when those days are sold out and I have shortened the boarding stay. Even though I already have a reservation, when I shorten the stay it won’t let me because its a booked week, but I already have it booked. It says I have to call. 2) just chcked the app today - the “Modify Boarding” option is gone. Why? What happened?

Always crashing, sign-up also disaster
This app is so bad. I wish it were good, truly, but it's too buggy. Sign-up was a disaster. After many emails I got set up but the app frequently crashes when trying to book services. Basically useless in this state.
Looks-wise looks like a 9th grader art project. Terrible color contrast, poor padding, overall junk in the craft regard too.
