Tried to use the app but can’t even log in.
Membership login doesn’t exists
I received an email with my information to sign in. Try it says it doesn’t exists! The email encourages
You to use it so you can be paperless but it never works! I picked up my cards from the zoo 04/20 so I know my membership is active!

App doesn’t work
Even though I can log in to my membership account just fine from my laptop, the app can’t seem to locate my info. There’s no error message or anything, just a spinning circle that gives up after a while with no explanation. 🤷🏻♀️

Go to the zoo or call to activate
This app is just an electronic version of your membership card. I mostly wanted to address all of the 1 star reviews left for this app. In order for this app to work at all, you MUST have it activated BY THE ZOO. To do that you call the zoo or go to someone at the ticket area. They give you a code and then the barcode shows up for your membership. It’s nothing exciting, but it saves a card space in my wallet and it makes it fast to show my membership for discounts and getting into the zoo.
Suggestion:
I know this is only for memberships, but it would be neat to see an app, or addition to this one, from the zoo that is a map. It would also to be nice to be able to see what animals are on exhibit in live time at the Islands section.

Won’t take membership
We wanted this to work so we didn’t have to worry about leaving our membership card at home. I was also hopeful they’d have the park map on it. Sadly I can’t even get in. It keeps refusing our membership number regardless of what I do. I hope they’re able to make this a usable app. It’s a great idea!

As a long time LouisvilleZoo member I find this very disappointing. When trying to log in, the Zoo App does not receive any input from my phones keyboard. Not useable.
Can’t even log in
When renewing my membership last year, I was encouraged to use the app since they would not be giving us actual cards due to covid. I can’t even log in to it. It says my membership doesn’t exist. They really need to update and completely redo this app if it’s how we are supposed to access our membership. Luckily I was able to print off temporary cards to still use my membership. This app is unusable.

Sucky app
It doesn’t work, it’d be nice if it did but nope!
Zero stars until I can login and actually use app
Either the text is white or it’s not typing anything on the login page. Won’t let you sign in at all. This would have been a great tool for the zoo to have COVID or not but it needs to work to be useful.
App doesn’t work
I typed in my membership info even though nothing came up as I typed. Then it says the membership is unverified. And wants me to type in a code to verify but doesn’t give me a code through email, text, etc. I’m not sure what the point of the app is if it doesn’t work.
A Thorough Disappointment
Was excited to try the app, and beyond frustrated trying to figure out why I couldn’t enter my information. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time.
