Like all new things it just takes time to get used to. Once you become used to it, it’s not so bad to work around in it

This app is nicer than the old one, this one shows when a purchase is pending! Easier to navigate too! You can change the title of your accts which makes navigating which acct is which a lot easier too.
Terrible
The app wasn’t great before, but since the update it is terrible. It does not even allow me to log on. I have to go through all the steps to change my password, then once changed I go to log on again and it says my password is incorrect. Super frustrating. Please fix it. Almost enough reason to put my money somewhere else.

Horrible app
Not only the app suck, but half the time it doesn’t even work. My bank merged with frick and has been problematic ever since. About to switch back because of this stupid app. You get one star because I can’t give 0.
Not loading in
The app accepts my login but it won’t let me see my account it just has the loading icon
Needs work
App frequently does not work. Will attempt to log you in and just spin and spin. Needs updates and improvements for stability and reliability.
App not working!
Called customer service and was told it was fixed, all to no avail. I use everyday. Please fix quick. It will take me 30 days to get an account at another credit union.

My app hasn’t worked since the new IOS update. Just a blank screen. Hope you fix it soon. I use it everyday.

This app does not work on any of my iPhones since the new update I thought it was the phone so I purchased multiple phones same problem. Needs bugs fixed. 13.1.2 update on I phone and I pad. When it’s working it is great you can do almost anything from the app or update 13.1.3 nor 13.1.1

I’m having the same problem as everyone else since the iOS update. Not working; just a frozen screen. I used the app daily before and now this!!! Please fix

Since I did the new update on the IPhone the app doesn’t work! It was great prior to that!
