Good game, but has 2 problems
I’m deducting 2 stars for each of the following:
1. Almost a second after the screen locks or I switch to another app, the game reloads. This is very annoying and disruptive. Please optimise the app so that it displays the game straight away if it was already running.
2. Make the ad pop-ups less frequent. Almost every time you perform an action on the game’s main screen, a banner from the in-app shop appears. This is also very annoying and disruptive. Perhaps you could add a ‘Don’t show today’ option.

Fun game
Been playing casually and I’m well entertained.
Terrible
It’s a 5-star hero and content game. However 5-star heroes are next to impossible to get unless you’re willing to spend outrageous sums of money to purchase them. Have been playing over a year and cannot engage in higher content due to lack of heroes with which to play. Don’t waste your time and energy.

Talent runes
The game works and there aren’t any ads. It’s annoying to not be able to afford new heroes and to run out of space for talent runes. Apparently there is a way to trade them in but that’s a secret for “various reasons”.

Fun but come on
Interesting mechanics and fun game, but I had to uninstall once I found the dragon in the wheelchair character. What are we doing
Was fun. Bad decisions make it less so
This game was fun. I enjoyed the strategy aspect of it. But they made a lot of changes that affected the gameplay and the enjoyment. Worst of which is that they increased the prices of their in app purchases in countries including my own. I know some countries saw an increase of 5x. Hard to recommend.

Been playing this game for nearly 4 years. It has grown and developed into a very fun game. Developers talk to their fans through discord. Quickly fix bugs. Recommend playing the game!

Passed my 1 year anniversary!
This game rules. Can be totally f2p. I started a guild and have been having a blast. Am getting competitive now with the top players. So much strategy and thinking involved and always something new to do. Best mobile game I’ve ever played.
Second issue!
I bought a 9.99 option. And got a message I was charged $40. This is robbery. You still haven’t gotten back to me about my first issue.

Amazing
This is a phenomenal 95% PvE game where it is absolutely not pay to win. There is plenty of content to progress through, so you never feel like you have to pay to upgrade your heroes faster to get to anotber level

Love the game, but if you join late, you can never reach the top
I love the game and have been a paying player for months. However, if you join the game later, you can NEVER reach the top or close to the top by game design. How you level up is dependent on time and cannot be expedited. It’s still a fun game, but would really like to see a path to reach the top instead of trailing behind in eternity. It discourages late comers.
