اسوأ برنامج اتعاملت معاه ، نصابين وبيضحكوا على العملاء.
مبلغ التأمين قبل الحجز قالوا بيترد في خلال ١٠ ايام عمل، بعد ما خلصت الحجز قالوا لا دول ٣٠ يوم عمل! ولما كلمت خدمة العملاء قالوا لي لا ده ٣٠ يوم عمل عشان نقفل الطلب وبعدين ١٥ يوم عمل تانيين عشان المبلغ يترد.
سرقة ونصب علني، لا انصح اي حد بالتعامل معاهم.

Scam نصابين
I rented a car and they took 100$ insurance and till now for 3 months they didnt return the insurance. اجرت سيارة كانت تجربة سيئة و اخدو ٤،٥٠٠ ج تأمين و حتى الان مرجعوش الفلوس.

Their customer service team is good who deals with you till you rent a car!
After renting, bad luck as you deal with their operations team. Horrible experience, they don’t respond for hours or day, until I poke the customer service and complain.
The worst is that they allow the car owners to submit claims for a week after returning the car, even if baseless. محضر التسليم ملوش قيمة
Pictures of the cars on the website are very misleading.
Seems they put their best folks on the customer service team so you rent, but once you are in, you have to deal with their horrible side !

اجرت عندهم ٣ ايام و اخدوا تامين ٥ الاف يرد بعد اسبوعين من تسليم العربية بعد انتهاء التسوية…مر اكثر من شهر و مرجعوش التامين بحجة ان التسوية لم تنتنهي و مبيردوش علي اي تليفونات او وواتساب …تعامل سيء

Took long time to verify…
Very slow in response……
When finally booked, the owner sent me that she found the car hit and asked me to find alternative…
She didn’t cancel and I asked the support to cancel and return all the money..
It’s been 2 days and the booking is not canceled yet. The same car is listed again with much higher rate while they did not cancel my booking!
They are even not responding to me!
They mentioned it can take up to 30 days for the money to return…
