App doesn’t work tried to access account and got 404 error

The title of this review is exactly what comes out when I downloaded to access my account and a cute polar bear comes up stating Rawr! Page not found! I just received new insurance and this is what I start 2024 with?! No bueno.

Trying to access your account it does not go anywhere. Leads to a 404 page not found coming from a bear saying rawer like what even is this app 😂
Why even have an app?
I just signed up for new insurance and everywhere I’ve tried to access anything it seems I cannot. At this rate why do I have insurance through a company that seems like it’s scamming people rather than actually providing a service?
My Account can no longer be accessed
Every time you try to access your My Account,

Won’t let me log in after my initial log in. I have tried resetting my password twice and deleting and re downloading the app and still nothing! This is horrible.

They might think about adding a function that shows providers, if you even have any.

Cant get past step 2. Re-checked my zip code, nothing. There are reviews from a year ago with the same issue. What’s the point of having an app if we can’t use it?
Works as designed
If you can’t get past step 2, check your zip code. App works just fine.

Does what it says it does. Got all the info I needed.
Do not bother
If could give a zero rating I would! Finally got to final step to validate account information and stated username already used. Tried over a dozen times to create a username and I was very creative, only to finally cancel the process.
Easy to set up
But there’s nothing in the app that’s useful. Downloaded to access my insurance info and there’s basically only contact info and FAQ
