Went from great to terrible
I don’t know why they had to add all this extra “required” information. Now it catches everything but they date. Am I the only one having problems with this? If you ask me, the app is much more slower now, requires more information than before for the same amount of points? Also, I LOVED this app because it was so easy for me to scan a bunch of receipts in no time & I could easily get on with what need to do but now it takes me just as long as Fetch does & they both give me the similar issues. Done with these receipt reward apps, takes forever to earn something worth getting. Don’t waste your time with these apps. Find something easier to do with your time

First app that keep their word about receiving digital money by scanning receipts. I recommend.
Used to be good not so much now
Used to love the system they operated with about a year ago but have switched it up since then. Customer service doesn’t help and don’t waste your time trying to get points out of anything but receipts it’s a waste of time. Takes a while to build up points but I guess they have to make money somehow :/

Scanning is ridiculous
Way too many issues scanning receipts. The date and locations are plain as day but this app won’t recognize them. There’s no way to manually type in what’s plain as day on the receipt. Fix that please. I’ve scanned receipts twenty times and then finally give up.

They say invite other people so i invited my husband and kids . When we cashed out our account got suspended. Which is unfair. Worst app ever. There are a lot of goods app that allows family member use they app as they have their phone number and email.
can’t set up account
this is crazy trying to set up an account and it keeps saying the phone number is associated with another account. if i keep adding the code sent that’s crazy. like people don’t change numbers. so guess i’ll just delete

Giving this app 2 stars due to the amount of receipts I have personally saved during the week, vs the amount the app lets me scan. It does let you scan receipts and get points. The worst error I get with my receipts when scanning multiple is oops looks like you’ve scanned this receipt already.. Just a waste of time saving receipts when it prevents new receipts from being scanned in. 2 stars because I have actually received a gift card from the app but with 50% wasted receipts. There’s no reason for the app to tell me my receipt has been scanned when it just came out of the register.. I’ll just stick with my other receipt apps. Fetch has always treated me fair with all receipts.

I’ve been using this app for a very very long time and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I was cashing out $22.92 and they rejected it and kept my points. Im highly disappointed in this app and won’t be telling other people to use it.
