Glitch prone
Consistently freezes or signs me out when I’m looking through lab results or trying to message my care team. I have tried updating the app and reinstalling it all together.

Literally one of the word apps I’ve ever used. I have been trying it for years and it’s impossible to understand.
No way to make a payment?
Why can I see all my invoices but have no way to process a payment via the application? This makes no sense when the other options are an automated phone line with no human interaction and a web payment portal on the Froedtert website, that has none of the information that is provided on the invoices. It would seemingly be a much better experience to handle this in the app, which other hospital systems have seemed to be able to figure out.
