Literally one of the word apps I’ve ever used. I have been trying it for years and it’s impossible to understand.
Why can I see all my invoices but have no way to process a payment via the application? This makes no sense when the other options are an automated phone line with no human interaction and a web payment portal on the Froedtert website, that has none of the information that is provided on the invoices. It would seemingly be a much better experience to handle this in the app, which other hospital systems have seemed to be able to figure out.

Top notch. Just switched to pick up a few of my scripts at the Froedert pharmacy. The Pharmacist kept me updated with Mychart messages and pickup was extremely easy. So glad I switched!
The app is simple and easy to navigate. It keeps me up to date with all of my healthcare needs and outcomes.
Doesn’t connect to any current appt info, can’t schedule appts, seems to be under construction for months now with no notice of a usable replacement app?
The changes you’ve made to My Chart are confusing and seem more complicate d. . Program was better before
Losing mychart integration drastically limits the app’s viability. Fix asap.
When you access the my chart part of app a second time it hangs. You have to close out the app and relaunch.
Dr. Ben Tobin is an amazing doctor. He listens, ask the right questions, makes you feel as if you know your body better than he does. Then he offers a plan of care that seems as if you are his closest family member. I thank the Lord God for him.
Works great! Keeps me current & my Team responds timely!
The MyChart app has you click on a link for “more information” however, it takes you to a page that simply says, call your doctor for more information. Why is my question.
With My Chart I can track my health, prescriptions and appointments. It is convenient to go back and review my health history
Had surgery done for broken leg. Both bones. Day surgery team was outstanding and meds were ready to pick up at discharge and were given a month free of eliquis, saving us a lot of money. Thank you all
Would be nice if messages and emails would be answered in a reasonable time frame not 3-4 days !!!!!
My husband and I recently moved to Wisconsin. We are in our early 60's and the level of doctors, customer service care, ease of MyChart with the Froedtert Group are top shelf!!!
I highly recommend Dr. Lenz. He makes sure to listen to you and also gives a lot of great information! He is very educated on adhd and even has his own podcast!
I find the ability to use an app to schedule and follow up with medical treatment very helpful and accomodating but that many of the after-care instructions, messaging systems, scheduling systems, and other menus confusing to navigate.
I had great care from everyone from the person who checked me to all the nurses, the anesthesiologist group, and most importantly, the surgeon. It was an experience that put me at ease. They took my concerns into consideration and put my mind at ease.
I have a Wonderful MD Doctor Fitzgerald, but can never talk to him on MyChart or by Home Telephone. At 81 years old a Disabled Senior I am left speaking with a Office Worker, Nurse, APNP, that could care less about helping me with Medical Issues and most likely are not Educated to help me. It would be so nice to talk with my Family MD Doctor that is really College Educated for Medical Issues. It does not matter if you have Medicare or a Good Supplement you pay over $5,000 a year for. It seems Seniors are lost in the New World of being taken care of. They expect us to use Cell Phones, PC Computers, IPads.and order medical supplies from Amazon. At 81 years old are Eye Site and Fingers tell us we can’t do it. We are Fortunate to Walk and use the Bathroom.

Horrible timing. Every apt is not on time. 45 min and not even seen the doctor yet. Go in for a depo shot should be in and out few minutes. Been at least 30 the last 2 times. And yet healthcare is so expensive. No one’s time is considered at all. Absolute horrible.
