App redirects you to the website to order, completely invalidating the purpose of the app. The account login/signup process is completely broken, insists on using a google account to login regardless if you connected a google account to your FTE account; and refuses to let me login and take advantage of the rewards system. Needs a lot of work, feels very barebones, clunky and ultimately does not serve any purpose or utility as opposed to using the website. Don’t recommend as of now and it’s a waste of time in its current state.

Big Improvements Recently
This app has come a long way since I first downloaded it a few years ago. The functionality is great. I love receiving rewards and notifications for discounts directly in the app. Overall it’s been a great experience, especially for viewing my wallet discounts.
Useless app
As the rest of the reviews say, it will not let me shop because of “not legal” location. this app can ligma balls
Doesn’t allow me to shop
I get a red box error saying “app stores require you to be within a legal cannabis market that we have a dispensary license in order to utilize this function” it doesn’t even open the “shop” tab for me and I have a From the Earth dispensary a mile away from my house. Also the app has no location settings on iPhone. But I can go online on the website and fully utilize the shop. This app is completely unusable.

This app doesn’t work. Keep exiting when you are trying to input your information. Will not let you go anywhere just kicks you out and exit

I love from the earth but this app has never worked correctly… like the day I got it it would close immediately now at least gives me 25 seconds before going black or closing lol also said I wasn’t in a area where marijuana was legal while I was standing at the desk checking out from downtown KC FTE lol

When I open it up it kicks me out and kills the app within seconds every time :( can’t shop or check my points. pls fix

Yes, I have to go to the dispensary to pick it up, but it’s nice to be able to just go in, say I have an online order, pay & I’m on my way. Please fix the app
