Ok, but huge room for improvement
While the app gives basic information, it ABSOLUTELY should have a timer and a way to check progress.
Worst app ever
This app no matter what will not connect to an IPhone no matter how many times I restart and re download this app. Glen please fix this as I can see my machine on my network but it still won’t work using the app :(
Great app that keeps on improving!
I don’t know what’s better, all of the improvements in the app or the support but I do know one thing for sure, the Formaggio unit it self is a game changer for small quantity home cheese enthusiasts! The cheesy possibilities are endless and it wouldn’t be possible without the app team! When we talk, they listen! Great job so far and I’m looking forward to what’s up next! Perhaps some “realtime” tweaks within the app? 😉

Extremely frustrating app one day it works and the next it doesn’t
The concept for the device is great, but the app is consistently inconsistent.
I’ve had it work, and then it just stops. It worked on my iPhone and now doesn’t. I was told my phone was too old even though it’s a supported device.
I then had it working on my iPad and now it doesn’t. Support told me it’s my network even though it worked three weeks ago.
On the FB group, all comments of issues with connectivity are removed. I’ve been told it’s working for others, but then on Reddit people cannot connect.
I believe in the device, the company needs to hire experienced developers to manage the app.
Putting out an update every few days, just jacks it up when it IS working.
Unfortunately, the device is useless without the app unless you want to make the recipes included.

Not ready for prime time
