Einrichtung unmöglich

Ich habe versucht das Smart Meter IP einzurichten. Bei der Bitte die Wandlerdaten einzugeben fehlt allerdings das Feld zum eingeben. Gerät ist somit unbrauchbar aktuell.

App nicht mit iPhone kompatibel?

Ich habe die Fronius Geräte jetzt seit knapp vier Wochen und schon zum zweiten Mal kann ich keine Verbindung herstellen.
Aktuelle Updates wurden heruntergeladen. Ich habe das ganze System neu gestartet- selbst das Handy. Es funktioniert einfach nicht. Ich habe mir die Installations -Videos angeschaut, mich ganz genau danach gerichtet, aber es gibt keine Verbindung zwischen dem Wechselrichter und der App.
