App nicht mit iPhone kompatibel?
Ich habe die Fronius Geräte jetzt seit knapp vier Wochen und schon zum zweiten Mal kann ich keine Verbindung herstellen.
Aktuelle Updates wurden heruntergeladen. Ich habe das ganze System neu gestartet- selbst das Handy. Es funktioniert einfach nicht. Ich habe mir die Installations -Videos angeschaut, mich ganz genau danach gerichtet, aber es gibt keine Verbindung zwischen dem Wechselrichter und der App.

Ja also ich weiß nicht ich will ja nichts Böses von euch aber schaut euch mal, wenn ihr den durch nicht leisten können, schicke ich euch ein Date Wechselrichter und da dauert’s 1 Minute für Menschen, die den noch nicht kennen um die M Modus Adresse freizugeben Bei euch bin ich jetzt über ne Stunde dabei um mich nur anzumelden an dem Gerät. Es gibt keine Web oberfläche. Ich finde kein Passwort dass die direkte Verbindung mit der App funktioniert nicht

App ist einfach nur unterirdisch
Lese seit 2 WOCHEN immer nur das meine Verbindung fehlgeschlagen ist

It’s hard to imagine building an app that would be less helpful than this one. The instructions are extremely poor. There are multiple places where the setup instructions seem to reach a dead end. They ask you to enter passwords without making it clear whether it is the password for the device or the password for your account. It’s clear that they published this app without ever testing it out with a customer. I spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out and failed. I ended up feeling so angry and frustrated that I had wished that I had chosen to generate electricity by burning tires instead of harnessing the clean energy of the sun.

I hate this app
Works for a very short time, constantly having to generate new passcodes to log back in. Even then you can’t ensure you’ll be able to log back in.

Obwohl ich als admin eingeloggt bin, wird mir nichts einstellbares angezeigt. Sehr verwirrend.
Frustration and endless loops of agony….
Fronius have developed an excellent tool for pushing you over the edge. Duplication and frustration: multiple logins, two apps, requires wifi to inverter and internet simultaneously. The loops never end but your sanity may!
Firmware upgrades can take days (3 last time), inverters disappear off the system and are blind, at the end of it a message that says the hardware selected does not yet have have available firmware.
Had SMAs previously and never an issue, ever.
Avoid - buy a sungro or anything else!!!

I was just about to accept a quote from an installer, which included Fronius G24, but after finding the reviews of the monitoring app here why would I ?

Such a poor app, such up was extremely hard. Once set up it’s hard to understand what the information was all about . What a poor product and app

Je peux surveille ma production facilement et ajuster ma consommation en fonction. Petit bemol je ne sais pas si c’est possible mais j’aurais aimé savoir ce que je consomme réellement et ce qui repart dans le réseau.

Jeder der in der PV Szene arbeitet und es mit vielen Herstellern zu tun hat, weiß was er an Fronius hat. In meinen Augen Hardware und Software führend auf dem Markt! Weiter so Fronius!👍

Do not get fronius I repeat you will be on site for 3 hours just trying to get the app going. Its not worth the time and effort

Die Firma Fronius kenne ich aus der Industrie. Top Qualität, immer super Service…. Aber, was ist dass denn? Die App ist ein Totalausfall. Verbindungsabbrüche, Fehlfunktionen während des Updates, permanentes wiederholen des Loginvorgangs. Warum braucht das Gerät überhaupt ein eigenes WLan? Eine Inbetriebnahme der Anlage ist mit sehr viel Geduld (Mehraufwand, Zusatzkosten) verbunden. Sorry, das ist NICHT Fronius.
