Awful customer service
I’ve purchased a device with installation via Frontdoor, they said it includes unlimited membership. I’ve downloaded the app and created an account right there. It didn’t recognize the membership, so I contacted their support via chat and they said I have no account with them, even after I provided an app screenshot

Worth every dollar
Absolutely incredible app and technology. Savings on an annual basis are hundreds to thousands depending on how much fixing you need assistance with. The staff is exceptional and always friendly. 10/10 could not recommend them enough
Impossible to cancel membership
I signed up bc there was some special for installing a smart valve at my house. I looked around in the app for 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel auto renewal and couldn’t find it. All the FAQs say you can do this in the app. This should be trivial to find. So I just deleted my account. I hope whoever designed this nonsense stubs their toe.

Shady business practices
I told Frontdoor to cancel my subscription and close my account two times before my subscription was supposed to renew. Lo and behold, 3 weeks after I was charged $149 for a subscription renewal. Don’t sign up for anything, super shady company.

Random upgrades/fixes
I really appreciate the straightforward approach of this app. Having transitioned from construction to a different field, I've faced my fair share of challenges. This app has been incredibly helpful in addressing those issues, guiding me toward exactly what I need. The convenience of the links they provide has taken a lot of the burden off my shoulders! What I find especially comforting is that if I ever feel stuck on a project, I can simply pick up the phone and ask for advice. It truly makes a difference to have that support.

Scam. Won’t let you cancel auto renew for next year
No way to cancel auto renew for next year. Only way is to delete account which also deletes your current subscription without any refund. Reporting to apple
Great Service - Improvements Needed
Every expert I’ve engaged with has been knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I wish they would add a service for houseplant experts. Only gripes are 1) that there’s no option for canceling auto-renew and 2) service/IT is text only with script-heavy distracted associates that have you asking yourself if you’re talking with a powerless chatbot. Fix those two gripes and you’ve got a killer business.

Great app. Great features of video connection with actual expert who has all tools like manuals , ability to draw on screen and etc … Bug shoutout to the guys Troy , Greg, Maverick, Michael, Garret , James and all other guys who help to troubleshoot and service appliance for me
Moen users Beware! Scam artists
Their services are basically useless, will not give accurate quote and charge extra for anything that deviates “standard” install. My recommendation to anyone who gets the moen flo install bundle, dont do it! you are gonna lose money. Just find your own plumber.

It was so confusing and we were on the brink of having a meltdown- then i remembered we could call Frontdoor. We called, got James and he patiently explained exactly what we needed to do. He was amazing and worth the cost of membership. Would 100% recommend this app. Amazing. We never could have

Terrible Customer Service
The techs and the UI is great. The customer service was the worst that I’ve ever interacted with in my life. No exaggeration. They increased my membership by 600%. I cancelled and received confirmation of cancellation. They charged me anyway. When I chatted with them and asked them to refund the incorrect charge, they started to refuse and tried to convince me to use the product anyway. Then, they tried negotiating with me on the price… after I was illegally charged! I was historically a huge supporter. Complete opposite now.

Having access to somebody who can help me troubleshoot all kinds of things in my house has been a dream. I am not handy, but I have saved a lot of money by talking to experts who not only walked me through the my problems but also told me exactly what I needed to buy to fix it. No more multiple trips to the hardware store…or hiring people for things I can do myself now!
