Content anywhere
Locked out of my account, have lost everything I have backed up. Will not except username or password, says it starting new. Will not accept my email, or except the forgot password.
Should not even get one star
It won’t let me log in called frontier it worked for a day and right back to not letting me log in it’s a total joke
Fed up
I have finally had enough of paying a premium price for a second rate service. The latest bug fixes have introduced a whole new bug. As soon as I select the icon, the app bombs out. On my way to a phone to cancel Frontier services. Would have preferred no star rating.
Not working
I downloaded the app but it won’t actually open just sits in the loading/spinning phase. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and still nothing. Anyone know what’s going on with this app?
Pointless
I just got frontier internet and I cannot even get the app to open

This app won’t even get passed the screen. It just continues to load. Goes no where. How do I enjoy the benefits of this if it can’t even load. I’m worried the service is going to be just as bad. We shall see.

Monthly bill went higher during a contract!
My contract is over today(9/28/18).
I called to see what they can do, the best they can do was a slower WiFi for more then I have been paying for already. They could not make me any deal to keep me. Time to switch and give my money to spectrum. Hello spectrum.

Good backup app
Backup worked well and photo organization is great.
Not good
Problems: won't open on the desktop tiles for the pics on desktop are tiny
Needs improvement
App is great once you get passed the login screen and it loads, too much of a pain if I want to quickly access a file and it takes too long to get into the app. First, I should have to put in my email and password, this is annoying. The easiest solution would be to enable a quick pin access or use fingerprint login. Once I login it the app needs to load, and this takes a couple minutes sometimes because it seems like it's trying to load all the thumbnails. Speed it up and I'll rate four or five stars.
