Best app for city services

This app quite literally is the best city service app I have ever seen. Every request I make on it gets responded within 1-2 days and the potholes in our alleyway quite literally get fixed before the end of the week.

Working fine, easy to use

Maybe previous versions were broken, but as of September 2023 app is working fine. Text box for details expands correctly when entering a lot of information, the UI is simple and to the point, and I get email confirmations immediately after submitting an issue.
