About
The frontier was never a border. It was a supply line.
Ten mining colonies feed everything the inner worlds burn. When one signal from nowhere wakes something ancient under the rock, no fleet is coming — only Protocol Siege: hold each site, and make it pay for the next one.
FIGHT FOR GROUND THAT PAYS
Every territory you hold keeps producing after the battle ends. Perform well and that site funds the starting budget of your next mission. Lose it and the line behind it starves. Go back and replay old ground to raise its yield — your campaign map is a balance sheet.
BUILD YOUR LINE
Nine towers, from pulse cannons and missile batteries to railguns, cryo emitters and flak spines. Commit to branching upgrade paths, sell and re-site under pressure, and answer air, armour, swarms and shields with the right mix.
RUN AN ECONOMY UNDER FIRE
Resource extractors, energy plants, salvage bays and trade uplinks earn while they survive — and the Swarm goes for them first. Defend the guns or defend the income; you will rarely afford both.
PUSH YOUR LUCK
Clear the required waves and you can bank what you have earned, or call bonus waves for a bigger payout — knowing a defeat now costs you everything you did not secure.
COMMAND THE CORDON
Four commanders, each with a passive doctrine and a battlefield ability: emergency repairs, orbital strikes, stasis fields, emergency funding. Spend permanent progression across four resources between missions.
A CAMPAIGN WITH A COST
Ten hand-built territories, from a dust-choked ore road to a hive warren and the breach at the end of the map, told through a voiced campaign that asks an uncomfortable question: what exactly has all this production been counting?
