My favorite health tech
I am recovering from a heart attack, I love being able to share my stats from workouts with my Doctors. I’m able to chart my progress, it keeps me from over doing it yet push myself to get stronger. Watches are great for simple stuff but I feel the X2 is a huge level up. It’s well worth the money.

Fantastic device!
I use Fourth Frontier to monitor my AFIB and my exercise. It is accurate, easy to use, and gives tons of useful information. The battery lasts at least 24 hours and charges fast. The App is easy to use and tracks several important metrics. My cardiologist has found the ECG to be very helpful. I now know when I am working out too hard. I love this device and app!

Afib catcher helpful
I really like that this will catch my eighth episodes live, though so far I haven’t had one that I know about it.
Excellent motivation
I have AFIB. This app provides great feedback on your improvement metrics. Only complaint is it can mess up your Bluetooth connections.
Misleading
The app makes it look like if you pay for premium they will show advanced metrics like VO2 max. But that doesn’t seem to be the case. Maybe it unlocks on your next session after paying. Very disappointed. Also no way to change alerts after activity starts. No warning for wearing the sensor upside down. For the price the need to do better.

Poor timing on forced upgrades
Forced upgrades during workouts is no bueno.
Not a valuable product
Not at all reliable. I am in heart failure, and -need- data to help isolate my issues. Three times now, the app has insisted that I upgrade in the middle of my workout. Once, I had to have them recover my workout, as the upgrade trashed it. This is the third time in a month they have interrupted my workout to give me an “upgrade”.

Game changer! For Athletes that want more data!
OMG
Subpar upgrade on the interface software. Reoccurring Bluetooth connection issues. Most of the time tells you have arrhythmia, which I have been ignoring for several years. No options for interval training. Now trying to make money on subscriptions with AI that is not worth much. They need to up their game.

Great HR data with more insight!
Very helpful in gaining more additional data about my HR and everything surrounding my heart. Definitely worth the money for the new insights and confidence that everything is ok.

I hate running now because of how fickle, buggy and plain incomptent UX this app is enjoying.

Great addition to my health monitoring
It took some doing to connect to my Garmin cycling computer and to figure out start and stop interface but all good once I did.
