May 5 - still not working
This app is still not working. I get a huge error message and it does not let me do anything. Please fix this. This is a school app!

App crashes every 30 seconds. It’s trash.
Broken currently
As of February 2026, this app does not work for me, at least on the latest version of iOS. The menus feel more like a demo app rather than a program put out by a large company, and the whole thing is just a wrapper for the mobile website. As of now I don’t think there’s any dedicated apps for checking grades in Frontline, (I would love to make my own but do not own a Mac) and I suggest bookmarking the login page inside of Safari or your preferred web browser.

Terrible for Substitute Teachers
I can’t look at assignment listings more than 2 minutes before the app “lost connection with network” and I have to close the app, reopen it, and sign back in to get it “working” again.
Crashes Often
Not sure why but this app crashes every time I sign in within 15 seconds of me being on. It’s very frustrating. I wish my school district would switch to the other Frontline App.
Why can’t it save user sign in
It’s so frustrating having to constantly sign in every single time because it can’t remember your login info.

Ever since recent update, my username & password will no longer allow me to login.

This is the most worthless app that ever existed. Save yourself some time & frustration and just pin the actual website on your home screen.
Poor mobile app
This app is not configured for iPhone or any other touch screen. The text is very small. The screen cannot be expanded. It’s very challenging for a man with large hands to tap the tiny links.
And why doesn’t this app notify us when a job is posted? Why doesn’t this app let the school have a preferred sub list that get called as soon as the job has posted? My school has used better programs and should never have switched.

Awful for substitutes
As a substitute teacher, I find this app AWFUL. Instead of being notified when there is a job available (like other apps do) I have to constantly refresh my screen in order to see if a job is there. When I’m in the classroom I have to be present with the students, not keeping my thumb and attention on the refresh button! I also have to log in again and again (unlike other apps which keep you logged in) and that means that, again, I’m missing out on job opportunities. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.

Awful
Very bad app , did not show the job time properly. Once you want to check accepted job time details it open a page without showing time and then there is no option to revert back you have to close the app window. 🤨😠
Used to be good
This app used to be good and work perfect but they did some kind of update and now I can’t even click on a job to accept because the screen just goes white. I have deleted the app and installed again but doesn’t work. I have to now go to the website and accept jobs.
Update?
Are you planning on updating, with phone updates it has a different look. No response to any reviews…why?
Awful
This system has serious flaws. But at least I haven’t lost any jobs. Most it’s pre-arranged jobs from districts I am not familiar with, blocking days off yet still getting job offers for the same day, the first pick location is broken plus eliminates the location altogether, nobody is using notes correctly and the overall lousy layout of the app.

Useless on ios18
Fix this app so it can be useful again like it was before iOS 18
App update
This app needs to be updated so that it will work on iOS 18.0.1. It is useless as it is now.
Update to IOS 18
When I updated to IOS 18 the app is now funky! It will not show the details like it used to. All the words on the screen are on top of each other.
Logs me out in after a minute of logging in!
Horrible! More then half of the time it doesn’t work! Either interface freezes or just kicks you out of the app.
