Unfortunately useless
Won’t open my policy or any of my information to review my account. Very disappointed as I just got an email with new policy documents and the website isn’t working either

Unable to access Home, Details, Billing pages after this revision. The following message appears repeatedly:

This issue is the same on both the iPhone and iPad I’m attempting to us the app on.

Garbage app
App does not work at all. I get emails saying I have new documents but when I go to the app to view them no files will open EVER!
Update doesn’t load information
This used to be an adequate app, but the recent update is totally nonfunctional. Documents don’t load.
Fails to upload docs, crashes frequently
It dumped my claim several times, failed to upload pics, then keeps crashing when I attempt to upload pics. Too bad they didn’t take the time to make it work. Hoping they don’t give me as much runaround with my claim as their app has.
