This is without a doubt the best working bank app that I have ever used. I wish more banks would design their bank app with the same intuitive functionality.

So, so easy to get an actual person on the phone! And quickly!! Sign in to app, THEN call or chat! They know your name and all your info already (because you signed in to app first) and you can just start your business! Don’t need to verify anything, except a phone password word or phrase. And Wa-La! You start conducting business right away.!!
So they’re on phone a shorter amount of time and so are you! Therefore, they can help more customers quicker!! ONLY BANK THAT DOES THAT!! YOU ACTUALLY GET A REAL LIVE PERSON!! If for some reason they are very busy, you can save your place in line and tgey can call you back, so you don’t beed to stay on hold! What a fantastic idea!! TEXAS BASED ALSO!! I want to work for them but they don’t let call center CSRs work remotely, dangit!! SA is a little too far for me to drive. And daily. I suppose that’s extra security though, so, a good thing. 😊
They never give me any grief about closing my accounts and opening new ones every 3-6 months for security purposes!

I love doing all of my banking via the Frost app. I make deposits, I do transfers between accounts, I make sure the bills are paid on time, so many things. on this app.
It gives me peace of mind accomplishing all these things, and not having to go to the local branch to do them. Not that I don’t like the local branches, because everyone is so friendly and helpful. I just love this app.

Frost Bank is the best.
This app is easy to use and full service. I can chat with a customer service agent easily and quickly. I can transfer funds, Zelle, do all the things quickly and easily. And there is real, live human support available 24 hours a day if needed. I have tested this out at 3:00 AM and it is true. And Frost Bank customer service is always exceptional. This sounds like an ad but this is my direct experience with FB. I recommend Frost Bank to friends and family all the time.

I will be a Frost customer as long as I live. Their customer service has no rival. On the phone they are courteous, knowledgeable and are from here not from some call center overseas. They are also the best at fraud notifications and always have your back.
