I moved away from Texas several years ago and decided to keep my account in Texas. Best move ever. If I have any issues, they communicate back with record speed and make me feel valued as not just a consumer but also a human being. I wouldn't change banks ever since I have been treated with respect and kindness. Thank you Frost, I am a loyal account holder and plan on Startin mg that way.

Account Alerts feature seems lacking
There seems to be no way to enable app push notifications for simple things like when a direct deposit is made to my account or the option to enable notifications when debit card purchases are made even when the card is presented at the merchant (some people might not realize their card was stolen until it’s too late). The notifications I can enable are defaulted to text only rather than have the option for app push, text, and/or email.

You will go to hell and back trying to deposit a check.
Terrible always crashes and very unreliable
It’s hard to check your account balance transfer funds when the app doesn’t function properly more than half the time

Why is the app and online banking always down at noon? Why schedule maintenance at noon instead of midnight? Why is there no notifications or email sent to the customers about these maintenance? So frustrating

The BEST BANK EVER
