Shuts down literally every night
The app and website shut down for “maintenance” every night around midnight for 20 or so minutes ….inconvenient

This app is horrible!!! Never works when I’m in need of transferring money to another account while I’m in the store app takes about 40 minutes before I can get in

I love Frost Bank. The tellers are amazing. They know me and are always very helpful and professional. Plus you can speak to an actual person whenever you need something.
