the new update SUCKS. ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. bring back the old layout this is horrible to find anything or even use the app!! it makes it 100% MOTE CONFUSING.
Local banking with a local banking app
The upgrade to this app is beautiful but the functionality really didn’t increase. I so appreciate seeing the FSB logo instead of the face of the app being Touchbanking. I always struggled to find my banking app before. Login seems easier but maybe that is because I actually use the app on a regular basis now.
Cons:
No check deposit feature
No functionality for debit card
No wallet integration for debit card
No instant notifications on purchases
…. this is the thing that bothers me the most. There is piece of mind when you have an app that pushes notifications for purchases or other withdrawals.
If I had the option to be notified instantly for all debits on my account I would be able to immediately recognize a fraudulent charge.
