It’s so easy to understand and follow. I especially like that you can get your balance without having to check in. It saves time when you are in a rush.

Most limited Mobile Banking
You guys always considered me sending money through any app fraud so I could never use anything, now that you introduced zelle I can't use the app because it's telling me to use this app yet there's no option to zelle, I can't withdraw my money because I'm 8 hours away and my debit card is not functional, in order to get a new card I need to update my address which you guys have to mail a form then I have to mail it back then you guys have to send me a card that will take another 5 days, so totaling about 2 weeks of not being able to use my funds, you guys make it impossible. Where the heck is the zelle option?

Why do I have to answer a security question when depositing a check?

Feature elimination
The elimination of 20 of my accounts where I could deposit money directly into someone’s account delays access to funds by several days. Other banks retain this feature.
