the apps is not loading my policy information, it has bee like this for a couple of months

I downloaded this app hoping it would make it easier to pay for my insurance, especially since the local office near me closes whenever they feel like it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even make my payment through the app — and my bill was due in just a few days. I had to go through another source just to get it paid.
I really wanted to give this app the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, what’s the point of having it if it’s not functional or user-friendly? Not everyone has the time to go in person or access a desktop computer just to make a simple payment. This should be easier.

Fun and Easy
This app works great! It is fun, quick and easy to use
User Friendly but Useless
Interface is user- friendly when it works, but it rarely works. It takes so long to load, and once the glitches triggered a double payment. Thankful for good customer service and an issued refund, but so inconvenient and inconsistent.
Horrible app
Constantly closing unexpectedly. Unable to view any documents (including insurance card) on it. Terrible.
