What's New in Security First CU

2026.8.5

General bug fixes and performance enhancements

User reviews

New update.

I love the update, it looks good and amazing, user friendly and all that so I appreciate it that. But, in the past version, I was able to transfer funds from my external account, to the one on this app in order to pay my loan without the necessity of stepping into a branch. Now that option is nowhere to be found, and these upcoming payments for my auto loan I have to do them in person, if possible please fix this, it was a very useful feature that I used all the time in order to make payments in time!

Not Customer friendly!

I’ve been banking with this bank for 40 years And not once have I ever felt it was customer friendly from hidden banking fee to unfriendly drive-through clerks to always having to call when the system isn’t working the way that other banking system. it’s just antiquated and does not keep up with the times.
The I’ve stayed there is because it’s such a hassle to change direct deposit and the lag time is too long normally and I’m sure this bank would make it even harder.

Save yourself

Worst bank there is. At least once a month they’ll lock your card for speculation of β€œfraud” charges. On top of that, they’ll make it impossible to login through the app saying they are unable to verify your identity. So unless you want to call customer service multiple times a month, do not bank here.
