HORRIBLE
This app never works. I can never check my account. It’s always “processing” so you never really know how much money you have. Literally the worst app I have ever used.
Bring Back Helpful Notifications
The previous app had a function where I would get a text anytime there was a charge over $20. This was really useful when it came to combating fraud. I’ve had my card cloned before, and I’m glad this feature was available.
Now, you get notifications of the day’s transactions at midnight, and you have to get into the app the actually see what they are.

Personal accounts
BAD The app does not show the real balance and it takes 2 business days for the deposits/debits to show. Very disappointing. I’m really thinking taking my business somewhere else., and I been a customer for 25 years. So sad that LSNB does not take good care of their customers.
App update
This app update is pretty good, some getting used to but I like it.
Worked fine before the update
Used to like this app before the update now I don’t like it. Always asks for account number, before it was auto account number just enter password. Not a fan of this app now!
