HORRIBLE
This app never works. I can never check my account. It’s always “processing” so you never really know how much money you have. Literally the worst app I have ever used.
Bring Back Helpful Notifications
The previous app had a function where I would get a text anytime there was a charge over $20. This was really useful when it came to combating fraud. I’ve had my card cloned before, and I’m glad this feature was available.
Now, you get notifications of the day’s transactions at midnight, and you have to get into the app the actually see what they are.

Personal accounts
BAD The app does not show the real balance and it takes 2 business days for the deposits/debits to show. Very disappointing. I’m really thinking taking my business somewhere else., and I been a customer for 25 years. So sad that LSNB does not take good care of their customers.

This app update is pretty good, some getting used to but I like it.
Worked fine before the update
Used to like this app before the update now I don’t like it. Always asks for account number, before it was auto account number just enter password. Not a fan of this app now!
Very bad app
App is always glitching and never loads. Never shows correct amount of deposits. All around bad app!
NEW UPDATE
absolutely love the new update! everything is so easy to access with a new sleek and modern design. Less bugs in my opinion and everything works more smoothly, the snapshot is the best part of the app too. 5/5

I can not open my Zelle browser since the new update.

zelle doesn’t work and nothing much has changed besides making things harder.
New update is garbage
Old app was fine. No need for this buggy update. Nothing but issues and problems since I got it. Fix this or I will move all my money to Ally Bank. I was already wanting to.

Littered with Bugs
Since the updates, many of the features like Transfers do not work. It’s been very frustrating and has caused major inconveniences.

Slow
Such a slow app and works about half the time. I try transferring money and I just get a grey screen.
New update
After the app got updated, I’ve noticed that when attempting to transfer funds to another account, the app just stays loading and never continues to the next step of making a transfer. Please fix this issue, application was fine before the update. New update was unnecessary and only the only difference was the layout.

Horrible update
i can’t make no transfers between accounts it just freezes on a blank screen when i try, it looks nicer but it’s buggy and it’s very inconvenient
Worthless
App was slow before but now it’s worthless . Might close account and get a different bank
