The only complaint that I have is that the app only allowed me to deposit in my savings account. I did not see an option. Other than that, making an online deposit is very quick and easy.

Don’t waste your time
App is absolute garbage and customer service is rude af! If you want to bank local, choose Alliance CU. My fiance and I opened a joint acct at plains so it would be neutral and not at any of the places that we already bank, the woman who helped us open. The account was great however, the app is horrible, you can’t do anything without having to go through the browser instead of the app and the customer service at their 800 number was incredibly rude and just kept asking the same question repeatedly, even though it had already been answered multiple times. I definitely don’t recommend and my fiancé and I will be moving this account already.
