Outdated
Wish this app would be updated to be user friendly with additional functions. Can’t even schedule a loan payment from a linked PCB account or an external account in the app. Would also like an easier way to view the loan/ deposit history and link external accounts.
Fails most basic functions
The app fails on several fronts:
• it asks if you want to stay logged in, and doesn’t keep you logged in
• it asks if you want to use facial recognition to login, then randomly removes that
• remote deposits doesn’t work, and when it does you have to guess at what Plains wants you to write on the back of the check because they don’t tell you. If you miss a word guessing what their team wants, checks get declined with no helpful information
